Boxes 4 U is looking for a Director of Operations to lead our order fulfillment process from end to end as we expand regionally. This role combines hands-on operational management with strategic process building, ensuring our warehouse, logistics, and customer service operations scale smoothly with our growth. The VP of Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and customer service performance, establishing best-in-class processes, and creating clear KPIs.

Warehouse Operations:

The VP of Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and customer service performance, establishing best-in-class processes, and creating clear KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations:
- Lead warehouse and driver teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and in full
- Implement industry-standard processes to improve inventory accuracy, efficiency, and lifecycle management
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues quickly to maintain smooth workflows and meet customer expectations for excellent service
- Work with the Customer Service Manager team to streamline order processing and reduce errors, while maintaining a commitment to friendly service
- Design and maintain clear KPI dashboards to track operational performance
- Report regularly to senior leadership on fulfillment speed, accuracy, customer satisfaction, and other key metrics
- Use data to identify bottlenecks and implement targeted process improvements
- Manage logistics for freight, delivery, and warehousing as Boxes 4 U enters new markets
- Build systems that can handle significant increases in sales volume without sacrificing quality or accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Significant leadership experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics — preferably in distribution or manufacturing
- Self stater who can drive results with significant autonomy
- Experience managing or working in a customer service environment
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements that deliver measurable results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into operational decisions
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Proficiency with inventory management systems, ERP software, and customer service platforms
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies
