Job Summary
The E-Commerce Manager plays a critical role in managing the performance of Moultrie.com. This role is responsible for generating revenue, through product merchandising, content management and user experience optimization. The ideal candidate has a track record of constructing high performance websites with measurable revenue growth attributed to strategies implemented and changes made, to the platform.

Job Responsibilities
Revenue Generation
- Demonstrated record of revenue generation on ecommerce platforms with measurable growth
- Ability to analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and A/B test to drive performance improvements
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento (preferred), WooCommerce, Shopify)
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Familiarity with web hosting environments, DNS, and SSL management
- Understanding of website performance optimization and troubleshooting (page speed, uptime, mobile responsiveness)
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools
- Experience using website analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar)
- Experience managing or coordinating web content (text, images, video)
- Working knowledge of UX/UI best practices
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate with developers, designers, creative teams, and external vendors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years hands-on website management experience.
- Demonstrated experience growing revenue through product website/ecommerce stores
- Strong project management skills and organization.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with tight launch schedules.
