Clinical Social Worker

Seeking Clinical Social Workers to provide in-person care within correctional facilities, with increased salaries and comprehensive benefits.

• Salary ranges are $108,576–$123,132 (Licensed) and $101,100–$114,456 (Pre-Licensed), with higher rates ($124,862–$141,601 Licensed; $116,265–$131,624 Pre-Licensed) for inpatient care providers.
• New hires offering at least 50% in-person care are eligible for a 1% Recruitment and Retention bonus for 7 years, increasing annually to 7%, plus a $30,000 bonus within the first year.
• Referral bonuses of $5,000 are available for successfully referring new clinicians.
