Site Supervisor

Our company is based out of Rancho Cordova and has over 38 years of experience in the solar industry. We are committed to the idea that clean, sustainable energy production should be on every house and business. As such, we are currently seeking a self-motivated individual for the full-time position of Site Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of solar installers and subcontractors on-site.
• Project Oversight: Manage daily operations of solar installation projects, including scheduling, site preparation, equipment delivery, and installation.
• Quality Control: Ensure that installations meet company standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and practices.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the installation process.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate site logs, time sheets, and daily progress reports. Update project managers on progress and any issues.
• Compliance: Ensure all work is completed in accordance with local building codes, electrical codes, and environmental regulations.
  
  

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in solar installation or related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of solar installation practices, electrical systems, and renewable energy technologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Proficient in the use of basic construction tools and equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
• Clean driving record and ability to travel to various job sites.
