Position Summary:
We are seeking a Full-Time Receptionist to join our team. The receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and staff. This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls promptly
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain visitor logs and provide appropriate sign-in procedures
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, copying, and scheduling
Support administrative staff with daily operations
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous Receptionist, Front Desk, Or Customer Service Experience Preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Professional appearance and demeanor
Schedule:
Full-time position (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm or similar schedule)
