Manager, Logistics Las Vegas

As the Manager, Logistics, Las Vegas you will play a key role in ensuring our projects come to life by overseeing the full scope of logistics at your fulfillment center. From outbound shipments to inbound deliveries, you’ll ensure that every piece of the puzzle arrives on time, on budget, and in compliance with all requirements. What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and optimizing logistics operations with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. Key responsibilities include:

• Outbound & Inbound Management: Oversee all shipments—domestic and international—to ensure proper scheduling, tracking, and delivery.
• Operational Excellence: Process logistics work orders, manage transportation quotes, and complete required documentation for flawless execution.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with Account Management, Project Management, and Operations teams to align on logistics schedules and project needs.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively monitor transportation tasks, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely solutions in the event of mishandled, delayed, or lost shipments.
• Cost Management: Accurately enter logistics costs into business systems, provide estimates to the Estimating Department, and prepare profitability reports.
• Vendor & Pricing Oversight: Manage relationships with logistics suppliers, maintain transportation pricing matrices, and monitor pricing trends to support cost savings.
• Compliance: Ensure shipments meet all customs, federal, provincial, and safety requirements, while maintaining company-wide policies and procedures.
• Continuous Support: Be available (within reason) after hours to resolve urgent logistics needs.
  
  

What You Bring

• A degree or equivalent combination of education and 2–4 years of related logistics, shipping, or transportation experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the confidence to engage stakeholders and vendors.
• Analytical and mathematical ability to interpret data, manage budgets, and create accurate cost reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset that thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
