Role Summary/Purpose:

The Campaign Process Optimization Leader (CPOL) is responsible for identifying and leading continuous improvement and optimization across the marketing campaign value stream that drives productivity, cost savings, campaign controls and accelerates speed to market. Reporting to the VP, Marketing Business Process Transformation Leader, this role leads value stream mapping exercises to generate operational benefits and sets the foundation for future strategic expansion to maximize market growth. As a thought leader, this role champions simplification, standardization and continuous transformation opportunities throughout Campaign execution to drive growth with a consistent and flexible strategy. The CPOL sets the standards for value stream mapping identification, implementation, defining principles, while collaborating with Optimization & Assurance Team to incorporate technical solutions.

The CPOL initiates high impact process improvement strategic initiatives, partnering with stakeholders throughout the process independently, from concept through execution and establishing measurement outcomes. This role will reimagine the campaign execution process through leading AI solution opportunities to improve campaign ROI and ensure successful implementations, while maintaining high adherence to key governance steps. Strong collaboration and facilitation skills are required.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end process optimization across Campaign Management execution including value estimation and realization of benefits that include opportunities across people, process, and technology
  • Drive incorporation of Gen AI into the campaign process for the purpose of generating greater value by reducing time spent on low value activity and focusing high value activity on stronger results
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to technical and business teams on how to evaluate, articulate, and quantify the value of AI use cases
  • Partner across the Growth function identifying optimization opportunities for comprehensive value attribution and ROI calculations throughout the Campaign process
  • Establish governance protocols to ensure consistency and transparency in optimization tracking across Performance Marketing
  • Develop & implement an optimization program focused on assessing current processes, identifying gaps, leading improvement opportunities, and achieving annual cost savings goals within Performance Marketing
  • Lead value stream map assessments and facilitate workshops, in collaboration with business stakeholders, identifying current state opportunities and defining future state goals and processes and establishing clear steps to drive and deliver optimization
  • Lead solutioning sessions with VP Product Managers, VP Product Owners Data Insights, VP Strategic Initiatives Leaders that incorporate technical solutions in optimization initiatives
  • Develop deep understanding of existing Marketing Technology stack and contribute to ongoing MarTech Agile program to aid in delivering optimization goals
  • Evaluate emerging trends in the industry including AI solutions that can support the future state of Campaign Execution in Financial Services
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree. In lieu of degree, high school diploma/GED and +11 years of project management leading complex cross functional projects
  • 8+ years of project management leading complex cross functional projects and influencing skills to lead teams in scaling improvements
  • Lean Management, Operational Excellence or equivalent experience in business process continuous improvement initiatives in Campaign Management execution
  • Strong business acumen, able to bridge the business objectives with technology capabilities
  • Experience with Work Management applications, automation solutioning, system integrations and business process knowledge

Desired Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Finance, or similar
  • Prior work experience supporting Marketing functions within Financial Services
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation
  • SAFe 6.0 certification
  • 3+ years experience using Adobe Workfront
  • 1+ year experience using modern Marketing execution platforms
  • Strong communication skills, able to create and deliver executive-level summary reports and presentations
  • Proven ability to work independently, yet as key member and contributor to a broader team

Grade/Level: 13

The salary range for this position is 130,000.00 - 210,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

Eligibility Requirements

  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
  • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
