Nuclear Care Partners is looking for an administrative assistant to join our amazing team in the Tri-Cities, WA area. Compensation:
- Monday - Friday ; 8am-5pm
- 40 hours per week

- Performs basic reception duties; answers phone, greets walk-ins, maintains and directs email inquiries and other
- Accurately maintains and organizes inventory of all materials and re-orders as needed.
- Responsible for timely preparation of materials for community events.
- Researches and schedules community venues as required.
- Manages calendars, coordinates and makes reservations for events.
- Assists with scheduling appointments for local office needs.
- Assists with collection, organization and tracking of documents as assigned.
- Coordinates projects to meet deadlines as assigned.
- Responsible for tracking and distribution of in/out-flow of information; company emails and faxes to appropriate
- Effectively gives and receives feedback; willingly asks questions and seeks direction, as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent writing, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize and function in a team environment.
- Must possess a professional, courteous, and customer-oriented demeanor. Must be discrete, trustworthy, and possess high level of integrity.
