Job Summary

Plans, develops and directs the facility services activities for the Agency. Instructs and supervises Centerwide maintenance, purchasing, mail delivery and housekeeping programs/services.

Essential/Core Job-specific Duties And Responsibilities

• Responsible for program planning, implementation, and monitoring.
• Directs development and approval of all programmatic procedures.
• Assess maintenance/housekeeping needs of the Center and coordinating the work of maintenance/housekeeping personnel.
• Ensures the effective and efficient utilization of resources in maintaining the safe and attractive condition of facilities.
• Maintains liaison with professionals and community agencies.
• Provides leadership, motivation, and supervision to assigned staff.
