We are seeking passionate individuals to join our Water/Wastewater Utilities team as Project Engineers with an emphasis on GIS-based hydraulic modeling, design of capital improvement projects, and master planning studies for various public sector clients in Colorado.

Our employees follow a hybrid work schedule, with majority of employees based throughout Colorado’s Front Range. We welcome applicants from across the continental United States, with a preference for those located in Colorado or willing to relocate.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Hydraulic water and wastewater modeling, capital improvements programming and master planning studies.
- Design of water/wastewater improvements such as water transmission and distribution lines, shallow and deep well facilities, meter and valve vaults, pumps and pumping facilities, wastewater collection pipelines, sewage lift stations, and irrigation ditch diversion facilities and measurement structures.
- Preparation of construction drawings, development of specifications, technical report writing, and guiding the work of design engineers.
- Construction engineering support and observation.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (or a closely related field) from an accredited college or university; Master’s Degree is a plus.
- 4-6 years of overall experience in civil engineering.
- 2+ years of experience with GIS-based hydraulic modeling and the design of water and wastewater improvements.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills.
- A desire to grow personally and professionally while working in a team environment to create designs supporting our clients’ overall project goals.
- Active Colorado Professional Engineer license or ability to transfer a license from another state within 6 months of employment.
