At Residence Inn Memphis Southaven, our Housekeeping team plays a crucial role in creating a home away from home for our guests. As a part of our team, you will ensure that every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay.

What You Will Do

• Keep guest rooms and bathrooms clean, dusted, polished, and vacuumed to hotel standards.
• Change linens, make beds, and ensure bathrooms sparkle for our guests.
• Restock guest room supplies, such as soap, shampoo, and towels.
• Keep linen closets and housekeeping carts organized and fully stocked.
• Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile to enhance their experience.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to bend, lift, push, pull, carry, and move up to 25–30 lbs regularly, and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Comfortable standing and walking for an entire shift.
• Able to perform repetitive motions throughout your shift.
• Positive attitude and dedication to providing excellent guest service.
