Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Support onboarding activities such as preparing new hire paperwork and organizing orientation sessions
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Assist with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
- Participate in various HR projects as needed
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Interest in learning about HR processes and best practices
- Real-world experience in a professional HR setting
