Cantex Continuing Care Network is a unified healthcare organization offering skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home health, and senior care. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic HR Intern to support daily HR operations. This hands-on internship offers exposure to talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and administrative tasks in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews
• Support onboarding activities such as preparing new hire paperwork and organizing orientation sessions
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
• Assist with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
• Participate in various HR projects as needed
  
  

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
