Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Associate or Experienced Supply Chain Analyst & Operations Procurement Agent to join our Seats / In-Flight Entertainment team. Opportunity to join our teams located in Charleston, South Carolina, Renton and Everett Washington.
This position is for 1st shift, typical work hours are from 7:30pm – 3:30pm, Monday through Friday but subject to change based on the hiring team’s discretion. Flexibility for on-call weekend/evening support is required based on critical business needs.
The Seats Operations and Dock to Delivery team is growing and looking for supply chain leaders to support our Airplane delivery targets. This team proactively identifies and mitigates risks associated with transportation, installation, storage and rework of seats. The fast-paced nature of the airplane delivery environment requires rapid decision making, clear communication, and the ability to continuously inquire for solutions without compromising quality and safety standards.
Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply. Prepares and executes proprietary information agreements. Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements. Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.

Position Responsibilities
- Applies Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure coordination in the global supply chain
- Interacts and manages a globally dispersed supply base
- Tracks and anticipates production milestones to mitigate risks (seat installation, certification, ticketing, customer activities)
- Places purchase orders in SAP/ERP
- Regularly reports out metrics and status to Seats and Airplane Program leadership
- Consults with cross-functional stakeholders to manage and resolve key performance indicators (KPI’s)
- Proactively problem-solve and implement process improvements
- Gather and publish reports related to organizational performance
