RN / Registered Nurse - Pediatric Psychiatric Development, 32 Hrs/wk, D/E

Seeking a part-time RN (32 hrs/wk) for neuropsychiatric care on the Somerville Campus. Work 8-hour shifts, rotating weekends and holidays, with day/evening hours. Offer includes a $10k sign-on bonus for experienced RNs with 2+ years in the specialty. The role involves caring for children and adolescents with severe mental health and neurodevelopmental needs in a newly renovated 6-bed unit with private rooms, communal areas, sensory and calming spaces, and outdoor activity areas.

• Requirements include current MA RN license, BLS certification, BSN or ASN degree, and preferred 1-2 years inpatient psychiatric experience.
• Candidates must pass a physical test. The department emphasizes patient-centered, family-focused care for youth with complex needs.
