- Requires a Bachelor's/Master's degree (Doctorate preferred), licensure, and CPR certification.
- Responsibilities include conducting evaluations, creating and updating plans of care, administering treatments, documenting patient data, and collaborating with healthcare teams.
- Provides patient education on therapies, ADLs, and equipment use.
- Oversees support staff and promotes community engagement through presentations.
