A travel Physical Therapist is needed for a 13-week outpatient orthopedic sports medicine position in Lafayette, IN, working 40 hours/week with 8-hour shifts.

• Treats active and general orthopedic patients with 1:1, 60-minute evaluations, and 30-minute follow-ups, averaging 50-55 visits weekly.
• Compensation includes a net take-home of $2000-$2100/week for travelers and $53-$55/hour for local candidates, with guaranteed 40 hours, health benefits from day one, and a $1200 CEU package.
• Requirements: Masters or Doctorate in PT, state licensure, at least 1 year outpatient ortho experience (considering new grads with clinical experience), and current CPR.
