Administrative Officer - Nursing - Per Diem - Days - MRHS

About the Job
Provides nursing leadership during assigned shifts, offering coaching, mentoring, and support to staff.
Evaluates patient care effectiveness, addresses complex issues, and coordinates services with staff, physicians, and departments.
Handles complaints, manages conflicts, and makes administrative decisions in the absence of the Director of Nursing.
Optimizes patient flow and resource utilization to meet service goals.
Requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and minimal supervision, with at least 3 years of experience.
Must hold a Bachelor's degree, active RN license, and certifications in ACLS and BLS.
Shift is days, with physical demands including lifting, walking, and operating equipment.
