This RN position involves contributing professional nursing skills within an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient care through the nursing process.

• Qualifications include an Illinois RN license, a college diploma in nursing, and certifications in BLS (within 30 days) and ACLS (within 1 year).
• Responsibilities focus on clinical excellence by assessing patient status, developing and modifying individualized care plans, documenting progress, and ensuring evidence-based practice.
• Promotes team collaboration, prioritizes patient safety, and utilizes resources effectively for optimal outcomes.
• Provides patient education tailored to age, cultural, and developmental needs, promoting safety and understanding.
