Seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN PACU for day shift, must be able to take call.

• Provides high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinates unit functions during shift.
• Collaborates with management to assess care quality, supports teamwork, and enhances patient experience.
• Assists with admissions, discharges, staffing, and inventory management.
• Recommends staff hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensures compliance with policies and promotes a patient-first philosophy.
• Requires RN license (prefer BSN, 3+ years experience), BLS, and willingness to take call.
