Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000/year DOE

Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000/year DOE

Key Responsibilities
Analyst Duties
- Compile, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data related to property performance.
- Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support lease analysis, rent roll audits, and expense tracking
- Provide administrative support to the Chairman, including calendar and email management, meeting coordination, and domestic and international business and personal travel arrangements.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and process expense reports, reimbursements, credit card reconciliation and banking transactions.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Liaise with vendors, tenants, and internal departments as needed.
- Run errands when needed
- Support personal administrative tasks as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft (pivot tables, Outlook, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts).
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Reliable transportation
- Experience in property management, real estate, or accounting.
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio).
- Basic understanding of financial statements and lease agreements.
