The Software Developer is responsible for the design, development, testing, debugging and documentation of Wagner’s suite of internal and external facing applications in a manner that reflects the company’s vision of working as “One Professional Team.” This may include hands-on new development as well as support, maintenance or enhancement of existing web and console applications.

Pay Range: $70,600.00 - $97,000.00 Annually

Pay range is dependent upon education & experience.

• Report out performance metrics, if any
• Data collection
• Documentation
• Primarily responsible for developing and maintaining software to meet the needs of the business users.
• Engage in Company initiatives and other software requests requiring IT assistance with effective communication
• Collaborate with Business Analyst on forms, policies, procedures needed to ensure adequate project definitions, expectations, requirements are gathered and documented accurately and efficiently
• Participate in various meetings, as needed
• Prepare and conduct project and task updates, as needed
• Ensure adequate and positive communications between staff and internal business partners
• Participate with staff/internal business partners to ensure adequate project definitions/expectations
• Proficient in relevant languages including C# .Net, Python, Javascript (React), and others as needed
• Familiarity with Database concepts and structures
• Familiarity with API calls and tools such as REST, JSON, Postman
• Perform software design and development, unit testing, and debugging of software code
• Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan installation of a new system or modification of an existing system
• Recommend/maintain roadmap of future development needs
• Proven analytical and problem solving abilities
• Analysis of existing code for understand maintenance needs
• Skilled in working within a team-oriented environment
• Keen attention to detail
• Other duties as assigned by manager
  
  

Required Education And Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• College Degree Preferred
• 5+ years administrative/clerical experience Preferred
• 3+ years customer service experience Preferred
