Clinic Operations & Patient Experience

As Practice Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the practice’s high standards and helping it grow even further. Your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee day-to-day operations for both surgical and medspa services.
• Manage appointment scheduling, patient flow, and concierge-level experiences.
• Ensure seamless integration between clinical and administrative functions.
  
  

Team Leadership & Staff Development

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team.
• Support ongoing training and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  
  

Financial & Vendor Management

• Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee membership and loyalty program administration.
  
  

Compliance & Safety

• Maintain regulatory compliance and safety standards across all areas.
• Protect patient privacy and adhere to the highest ethical standards.
  
  

Growth Strategy & Collaboration

• Work with leadership to set and achieve growth objectives.

Compensation

Salary Range: Up to $100k base with additional performance-based incentives and benefits.
