Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for the assigned area, ensuring that all hotels meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, event planners, travel agents, and other business partners.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and site tours to showcase hotel facilities and offerings.
- Attend industry networking events and trade shows to generate new leads and maintain existing partnerships.
- Revenue Generation:
- Drive revenue through strategic pricing, upselling, and cross-selling of rooms, meeting spaces, and F&B services.
- Collaborate with revenue management teams to optimize pricing strategies for the hotels.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve financial targets.
- Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Track market trends, competitor pricing, and local demand to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and growth opportunities to senior management.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with property sales teams, general managers, and other hotel departments to ensure sales objectives align with operational goals.
- Provide leadership and support to hotel sales teams, coaching and mentoring them to achieve sales targets.
- Contract Negotiations & Closing:
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the contracting process for group bookings, corporate accounts, and other key clients.
- Ensure that all contracts align with the company’s policies and objectives.
- Marketing & Promotions:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional activities that drive bookings and increase brand awareness.
- Develop tailored marketing materials, presentations, and proposals for key clients.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Work with hotel teams to ensure client expectations are met and that service delivery is consistent with company standards.
- Address customer inquiries and issues, ensuring that high levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.
