What You’ll Do

• Lead daily operations for a two-shift facility (safety, production, quality, maintenance)
• Coach and develop your team to meet high expectations
• Identify efficiency wins and implement process improvements
• Oversee budgets, cost control, and operational KPIs
• Maintain OSHA and food safety compliance

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in manufacturing, production, or service center leadership
• Proven track record in culture building and team accountability
• Strong financial and process improvement skills
• Bonus: maintenance or mechanical knowledge

Work Schedule

• Primarily first shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM), Monday–Friday
• ~45–50 hours/week, with occasional second-shift coverage
• Up to 10% travel
