Position Purpose
This is a full-time position within Revel XP and the CSU Athletics Department. This position will be responsible for all Groups and Promotional Sales efforts at Canvas Stadium and Moby Arena. You will target both corporate clients and group leaders in the Northern Colorado community, leveraging your proven track record of sales skills to cultivate new group leader relationships while maintaining existing client accounts. This position will work closely with internal stakeholders within the Athletic Department such as Development, Partnerships, and Events/Facilities to plan, budget, and execute all group and promo related sales.

Minimum Position Responsibilities
- Will lead all Sales, strategy, and initiative efforts of group and promotional Sales at Canvas Stadium and Moby Arena – by conducting new business/group leader campaigns through multi-channel outreach, consultive meetings, presentations/proposals, and self-prospecting.
- Expand and nurture existing client relationships to drive renewals, referrals, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Work closely with CSU Athletics Marketing, campus partners, and other internal stakeholders to execute all promotional ticketing revenue efforts.
- Collaborate with the Creative and Marketing teams within CSU Athletics to develop promotional materials to increase awareness around Group offerings.
- Management/oversight of ticket distribution to clients in conjunction with the Assistant AD of Ticket Operations.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and provide Sales reports for management via CRM system and ticketing software.
- Hire, train, and manage a Group Sales Coordinator.
- Perform game day responsibilities, including entertaining clients and fulfillment of group sales programs. Oversee game day fan experiences and group assets.
- Additional tasks as necessary.
MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Business, or related field required.
- Minimum 2 years of direct Group Sales experience, preferably in professional sports or collegiate athletics.
- Experience in event planning, budgeting, and execution – preferably in professional sports or collegiate athletics.
- A deep knowledge and understanding of Colorado State University, greater Fort Collins community, and CSU Athletics.
- Ability to develop and maintain interpersonal relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to exhibit good judgement and strong decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Paciolan or other ticketing software, and CRM.
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
