About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Information Input Representative to join our Administrative team. As part of this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate and efficient data entry and management within our systems. This position is available for candidates who prefer to work remotely or in the office, offering flexibility while maintaining a focus on quality and productivity. This is an hourly, full-time position, and fluency in English is required for effective communication and task execution.

What You'll Do

  • Input, update, and maintain accurate information in company databases and systems.
  • Verify and cross-reference data for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Organize and manage electronic and paper-based files to support administrative processes.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to fulfill data-related needs and ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare regular reports and summaries for internal use based on data entered and maintained.
  • Adhere to data confidentiality and security policies to protect sensitive information.
  • Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities in data entry workflows.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in data entry, administrative work, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with data management systems and proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in either a remote or office setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and correct errors efficiently.
  • Comfortable handling repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

23 - 31 USD per hour(Remote (Salt Lake City, Utah, US))
