Seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Therapist I to join the Palliative Clinical team.
Perform assessments with patients and families to identify psychosocial needs related to serious, life-limiting illnesses.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and assist with advance care planning.
Participate in goals of care meetings to improve understanding and reduce distress.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, APPs, hospice coordinators, nurses, and chaplains.
Work full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Qualifications include a master’s or higher degree in a mental health-related field, completed internship, and BLS certification.
Preferred candidates have 0-1 years of experience and relevant licensure.
