Senior Sales Training Specialist

Position Description:

This position is responsible for delivering sales training programs to achieve shortened learning curves and increased sales.

Position Location:

• This is a hybrid role working partially in-office and partially from home.
  
  
  

What you do:

• Delivers all aspects of assigned sales training and development, including but not limited to facilitating classroom and/or e-learning presentations.
• Provides data and feedback to provide measurements on effectiveness of training programs.
• Manages training projects including the functions of needs analysis, product demonstrations, reporting progress, and following the project through to completion.
• Provides learning content creation for both on-demand and classroom training.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts to determine learning needs.
• Communicates with management to recommend training enhancements.
• Provides strong organizational skills to manage schedules and compliance reviews for learning content.
  
  
  

What you bring:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• 1-3 year of related experience required
• Must obtain Series 6 certification within the first 12 months
