What You'll Be Doing

As a Startup and Growth Coach , you’ll guide individuals who are exploring a shift in career, direction, or lifestyle. Your role is to support them as they evaluate if our proven education-based model aligns with their goals.

Your Key Activities Will Include

• Hosting structured conversations (via Zoom or phone) with individuals exploring career change or flexible business opportunities
• Sharing access to our digital platforms, personal growth programs, and professional tools
• Mentoring aligned individuals through the early stages of their transition
• Participating in weekly professional development calls and strategy sessions
• Using your experience to expand your own reach while empowering others to take control of their future

• Have 5+ years of experience in coaching, consulting, business development, leadership, HR, education, or related fields
• Communicate with confidence, clarity, and empathy
• Are driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Are comfortable with platforms like LinkedIn, Zoom, Google Workspace, etc.
• Have an interest in personal development and a passion for helping others grow
