Position Description:
Account and Client Management serves as a liaison between the company and internal and external partners. This position provides deep subject matter expertise for consulting with clients, project management, and supporting enterprise initiatives to achieve organizational targets.
What You Do
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with assigned agencies.
- Consults on development plans for each client.
- Manages tools and resources; ensures availability to customers.
- Assists in identifying target markets; implements recruiting and training programs.
- Builds positive relationships leading to customer loyalty, improved sales, and policy results.
- Maintains client and relationship activity information, filing approvals, initiatives, and other pertinent information in the system.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
- 4-7 years related Retirement Plans experience required
- Experience working with Multiple Employer Plans (MEPs) or Pooled Employer Plans (PEPs) preferred
- Knowledge of retirement plan administration and compliance requirements for multiple employer arrangements preferred
- Experience consulting with plan sponsors in a multiple employer environment preferred
- Familiarity with ERISA regulations as they apply to multiple employer retirement plans preferred
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously preferred
- Experience with retirement plan recordkeeping systems and reporting tools preferred
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex retirement concepts to diverse audiences preferred
