About The Job

Tailored Brands has an exciting opportunity for a Director of Creative Operations reporting to the Sr. Vice President/ Chief Brands Officer. We are looking for someone who has mastered orchestrating cross-functional processes, driving efficiency and continued improvement, and can create strong relationships with peers to facilitate increased effectiveness of design and creative teams.

In this role, you will lead our creative operations and editorial production teams, responsible for synchronizing projects across various functional partners while delivering operational and process excellence.

You will also implement and continually refine a streamlined project management process for our creative work, to best align resources, advocate for new ways of working and tools to get there and stay connected to leaders across the business who interact with marketing groups.

What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities

  • Leverage your experience in project and process management to re-engineer creative and production ways of working both within marketing and with key cross-functional partners.
  • Lead continuous improvement, leveraging industry best practices and benchmarks.
  • Create reporting and analysis on resource usage and the proposal of how to best utilize existing resources and identify any needs.
  • Manage editorial production across all brands inclusive of Producers, external resources, budget oversight and strong partnership with Merchandising and Campaign Concept teams.

What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or another related field
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • 12+ years as a proven process leader/PMO, high preference for retail background.
  • Experience managing creative processes both with internal teams and with external partners.
  • Managed end-to-end creative production inclusive of agency and budget oversight.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, able to navigate ambiguity and turn it into actionable work for creative briefs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional partners and proven ability to keep focus on business priorities.
  • Ability to travel locally and on airline for seasonal campaign photo shoots.

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
  • Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
  • Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates in a hybrid work environment from our Dublin, California office.

The starting salary for this position is $176,400 - $205,000 and may increase to $225,000 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining the final salary. Other compensation may include a 20% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
