Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager - On-Site, PALM BAY/MELBOURNE FL

(Hybrid option for strong candidates)

Base Pay + Incentives

Must be licensed FL 20-44 OR 2-20

Responsibilities

As an Account Manger, you'll be at the forefront of customer service, supporting producers, and ensuring account retention while rounding out accounts. You'll be responsible for providing impeccable service, independent thinking, and effective problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in policy quoting, binding, and issuing changes, certificates and endorsements
• Ability to identify opportunities for account expansion and suggest relevant coverage.
• Cultivating professional customer service skills.
• Experience with Agency Management Systems such as EZ Lynx, Salesforce are preferred
  
  

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in an independent brokerage or agency.
• Active Property and Casualty (P&C) license, 20-44 or 2-20
• While a college degree is preferred, it's not mandatory.
• Experience in a collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to engage face-to-face with customers.
• Proficiency in data entry and online quoting.
• Providing administrative support and contributing to various projects as needed.
