Entry-Level Traffic Control Specialist

Full-Time | Night & Weekend Availability Required | On-the-Job Training Provided | Full Benefits Included

Looking to start your career in construction or traffic control? We’re hiring General Laborers to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity to get hands-on training, gain valuable field experience, and grow your skills in a high-demand industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and remove traffic control equipment on job sites
• Ensure a safe environment for workers and motorists
• Learn sign installation, maintenance, and basic repairs
• Operate company vehicles and tools safely (manual & automatic)
• Communicate clearly with your crew and supervisors
• Track work details and complete basic paperwork

• Ability to read maps and follow instructions
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Must be able to work nights and Saturdays as needed

Preferred (Not Required):

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of construction, roadwork, or general labor experience
• Knowledge of OSHA and traffic safety standards a plus
