About The Role
Techno is seeking a Project Management Specialist to join our team in New Jersey/New York. In this role, you will focus on project controls, document controls, and quality assurance, playing a key part in ensuring project compliance, efficiency, and reporting accuracy.

The expected salary range for this role in the New York City Metropolitan Area is $90,000 - $130,000 per year. The total compensation, including salary and bonuses, is determined by various factors such as experience, skill level, location, and qualifications, which are evaluated during the interview process

About The Role
Techno is seeking a Project Management Specialist to join our team in New Jersey/New York. In this role, you will focus on project controls, document controls, and quality assurance, playing a key part in ensuring project compliance, efficiency, and reporting accuracy.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate civil engineering projects from initiation through completion.
- Ensure all project phases—planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery—are carried out effectively.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical and regulatory standards.
- Manage project scope, schedules, and resources to align with project goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance and make adjustments as needed to meet deliverables.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication among all project participants.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, organized, and up to date.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Engineering, Construction Management or a closely related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License is highly beneficial.
- Experience in program-level and project-level management for infrastructure projects.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in software tools including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Expedition, eBuilder, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
