The position is full-time (Wednesday to Sunday from 7:30am to 4:30pm) with competitive and excellent benefits.

Position Summary

The Janitorial Technician ensures the cleanliness and upkeep of community buildings, amenities, and outdoor spaces. This role involves custodial duties, minor maintenance, and assisting with event setup.

Primary Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect restrooms, clubhouse amenities, and common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and maintain outdoor furniture.
• Pressure wash buildings, sidewalks, and pool decks.
• Set up and reset rooms for events and activities.
• Safely use ladders and operate maintenance carts.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager or Lifestyle Manager to support organizational goals and operational efficiency
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of custodial or maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Flexible Hours including nights and weekends.
