CareCore at Mary Scott is seeking a compassionate and organized Internal Admissions Coordinator to join our team! This is a vital role responsible for guiding new residents and their families through the admissions process and ensuring a smooth and welcoming transition into our facility.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all internal admissions and bed management processes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, families, and referral sources during the admission process
- Collaborate with nursing, social services, and business office teams to ensure a seamless admission experience
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with facility, state, and federal guidelines
- Provide facility tours and respond to inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Support census development efforts and promote CareCore at Mary Scott’s reputation in the community
- Previous experience in admissions, healthcare, or long-term care setting strongly preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance processes is a plus
- Team-oriented with a positive, solution-focused attitude
