Job Summary:

HCA Florida Westside Hospital is seeking experienced FT Emergency Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our team in Plantation, Florida.

Qualified Candidates:

• Clinicians must possess a minimum of 1-2 years of recent EM experience as an NP or PA. Only those qualified will be contacted; no new graduates please.

• 55,000 ER visits per year
• 43-bed ED
• APP Coverage: 24 hours of coverage Sat and Sun; 36 hours of coverage Mon-Fri
• EMR: Meditech, Pdoc, and dragon dictation
• Approximately 15% pediatrics
• Admission rate approximately 25%
• Comprehensive stroke faculty with new biplane
• 24-hour in-house hospitalists
