Seeking a Primary Care Physician for an on-site clinic in Federal Way, WA.

Manage a patient panel providing comprehensive acute and chronic care, emphasizing quality over quantity.
Collaborate with healthcare teams, perform minor outpatient procedures, and deliver patient education.
Develop a high-functioning team working at top scope, fostering learning and community health initiatives.
Complete timely documentation and provide after-hours support.
Requirements include WA licensure, board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds, DEA, NPI, and EMR proficiency (Epic preferred).
Must meet vaccine policies and possess excellent critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
