Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot traffic signal systems and related control equipment.
- Perform underground and aerial wiring, including conduit installation.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Safely operate tools, bucket trucks, and other electrical maintenance equipment.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure uninterrupted signal operation.
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to report issues or progress.
- Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures.
- Perform emergency repairs and on-call service when required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- No prior experience required—willing to train the right individual.
- Coachable with a strong work ethic and team mindset.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Good physical condition with ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
