Bryant Electric Repair and Construction Inc. is looking for a motivated and coachable Traffic Signal Technician to join our Field Operations team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing traffic signal systems in a variety of outdoor environments. Whether you're new to the industry or bring field experience, this is your chance to grow with a respected local contractor serving government and federal clients. Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot traffic signal systems and related control equipment.
• Perform underground and aerial wiring, including conduit installation.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Safely operate tools, bucket trucks, and other electrical maintenance equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure uninterrupted signal operation.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to report issues or progress.
• Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures.
• Perform emergency repairs and on-call service when required.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior experience required—willing to train the right individual.
• Coachable with a strong work ethic and team mindset.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Good physical condition with ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential.
