BAUER Equipment America is a leading global provider of foundation equipment and support to the foundation construction industry. We have offices and dealer network with locations throughout the United States. Recognized for its technological advances and innovation, BAUER Equipment America represents BAUER Maschinen across North and Central America. We are headquartered in Conroe, Texas and we operate a facility in Livermore, California.

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer for our Conroe, TX location. This position would report to the Marketing Lead.

  • Lead the visual development of campaigns from initial concept through final execution across all media.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, impactful campaigns.
  • Design and prepare final artwork and print-ready files that meet brand objectives and maintain consistency across all platforms.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of color theory, typography, and layout to create visually compelling and brand-consistent designs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Build, evolve, and safeguard brand identities, including the development of brand guidelines, visual systems, and assets.
  • Performs other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • Education and Training – Bachelor degree or as seem fit by the management
  • Technical Requirements – Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects/XD a plus), Microsoft Office including Word and Excel. Creative concept development and visual storytelling. Branding and identity design. Print and digital production, including preparation of print-ready files, Typography, layout, and design hierarchy. Color theory, composition, and visual balance. Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, copywriting, and development teams. Strong project and time management skills. High attention to detail and commitment to excellence. Proven portfolio demonstrating a range of work from concept to execution. Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Able to: apply reasoning to solve practical problems; interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral diagrammatic, or schedule form; multi-task in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Experience – 12+year of professional experience in graphic design, art direction, or a related creative field (agency experience strongly preferred)
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, sit, kneel, crawl, see, read, hear, have the physical and mental ability to travel independently and the physical and mental ability to comply with customary workshop, office, job site work environments, safety requirements and other customary regulations and requirements in these environments.
