  • Set clear KPIs and performance metrics for audience growth, digital engagement, donor conversion, and media visibility; track, evaluate, and report regularly.

Digital Growth & Content Strategy

  • Create and oversee content marketing campaigns to achieve 10x growth on targeted digital platforms (with a focus on LinkedIn and Instagram).
  • Manage content creation, message testing, video production, and storytelling initiatives across email, social, and web.
  • Oversee the Foundation’s website strategy, design enhancements, SEO/SEM performance, and analytics.

Media Relations & Public Visibility

  • Develop media kits, press releases, and talking points to elevate the Foundation’s leadership and advocacy voice.
  • Prepare internal leaders for media opportunities, public speaking, and thought leadership placements.

Internal Communications & Team Oversight

  • Supervise and mentor the Communications Specialist, guiding project prioritization and professional growth.
  • Work closely with Development and Program teams to align communications efforts with fundraising and program impact.
  • Partner with external contractors (designers, writers, photographers, videographers) as needed.

Education

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic.
  • Deep belief in the Foundation’s mission and the life-saving power of pre-hospital emergency care.
  • Comfortable navigating the intersections of public safety, healthcare, philanthropy, and government.
