Strategic Leadership & Vision:
- Experience in hospitality management, resort operations and staff management.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, increase profitability and enhance the resort's market position.
- Identify and capitalize on new market trends and opportunities to drive growth.
- Maintain a long-term vision for the resort's continued success and evolution.
- Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency, quality and adherence to company standards.
- Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to optimize productivity and guest satisfactions
- Drive Continuous improvements initiatives in all areas of the resort.
- Develop and mange annual budgets, forecasting an financial reports
- Monitor revenue, expenses and profitability, implementing strategies to maximize financial performance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or guest experience.
- Champion a culture of exceptional guest service throughout the resort.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to address satisfactions.
- Maintain and enhance the reputation of South Coast Winery Resort & Spa as a premier destination
- Recruit, train, mentor and motivate a high-performing team.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and empowering work environment.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between departments.
