Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on HVAC systems for residential and commercial customers
• Diagnose basic issues with HVAC and refrigeration units, including boilers, chillers, and air handlers
• Assist with troubleshooting and repairs under the supervision of senior technicians
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication on job sites
• Follow all company safety protocols and complete work in accordance with local codes
• Participate in rotating Saturday on-call service schedule
• Maintain accurate service records and care for company-issued tools and equipment
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year HVAC field experience (service or maintenance preferred)
• EPA Certification required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and solid problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must reside in Colorado
