Description

Are you a passionate gamer with a knack for helping people? Do you understand the excitement of college sports fans? VarsityGripz, a licensed gaming products company, is looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our team!

We innovate grips and wraps for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S consoles and controllers, built with premium materials and bold designs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer support role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with Gorgias
  • Familiarity with Gen Z culture and a strong US-based cultural understanding
  • Demonstrate understanding of current-generation gaming consoles (PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S), including their core features and controllersProvide daily customer support via email and chat

Responsibilities

  • Utilize email and chat to manage customer interactions efficiently
  • Assist with relevant back office tasks as needed
  • Manage customer communications efficiently using Gorgias and additional internal tools

Nice to have

Nice to Have: Interest and/or Knowledge in Sports ( American Football, College Football)

Working conditions

M - F, 11 AM - 3 PM EST
