We are seeking a Regional Director of Training and Education to assist with training and education needs for our employees in the Athens area. We are seeking a candidate with strong clinical experience who can ensure a smooth and effective onboarding process for new employees, while delivering impactful training that sets them up for long-term success.

This position will be working in our Athens (TBD) office daily as well is training staff in the field. This is a full-time, salary-based 8-hr position (M-F)

What Are We Looking For?

Your Health is currently looking for a Regional Director of Training and Education (RDTE) to join our growing Primary care family. The role of the (RDTE) is responsible for managing education and new initiate roll outs for all staff within the region, and fostering effective communication with staff and leadership. The position entails promptly addressing key performance indicators, with a strong emphasis on follow-up and follow-through.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, while an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare is preferred.
  • Preferred LPN, or RN
  • Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting, preferably a scheduling, training or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
