Here’s What You’d Do
The Regional Snow Manager is responsible for supporting the SVP, VPGM and the Branch Teams in the area of Snow and Ice Management. The RSM ensures that the policies and procedures created by the Region and Corporate are implemented and followed. The RSM supports the BSS in their roles supporting the branches.

Here’s What You’d Do
The Regional Snow Manager is responsible for supporting the SVP, VPGM and the Branch Teams in the area of Snow and Ice Management. The RSM ensures that the policies and procedures created by the Region and Corporate are implemented and followed. The RSM supports the BSS in their roles supporting the branches.
You’d Be Responsible For
- Critical Path
- The RSM, in coordination with Regional and FSC leadership, supports the calendar of events from preseason preparations through post season shutdown
- Task Management
- Works with the BSS and Branch Teams to ensure their monthly and seasonal responsibilities are being accomplished
- Service Partner Identification & Engagement
- Procurement, onboarding, contract negotiations, compliance and ongoing relationship management
- Estimate Support / New Sales Opportunities
- Responsible for Branch Snow Specialist training; Ensures productions factor accuracy, leads large-site estimates in coordination with BSS; Responsible for coordinating bid requests that involve multiple sites, multiple branches and markets to ensure consistency; Work with RSL/BD/BDE team on new sales opportunities to provide snow and Ice management solutions and education
- Renewal Planning/Branch Initiatives
- The RSM validates Renewal Planner data and identifies Branch Initiatives; Identifies priority renewals and improvement opportunities during the preseason; The RSM monitors the branch improvement initiatives to be carried out by the branch and snow support team and develops strategies to enhance financial performance
- Policies and Procedures
- Responsible for completing all tasks in line with the policies and expectations of the Region and FSC
- Training
- Responsible for Branch team training; Snow Contracts, Client Service Orders, Billing Workbook, Service Partner Contracts, Service Partner Service Orders, Chemicals, Safety, ETC, etc.
- Minimum of a 2 year degree in a business related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of prior customer service, management, and leadership experience within an organization, the landscaping industry or local marketplace
- Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate licenses and professional certifications for relevant service lines
