About Our Service Coordinator
We are looking for someone to join our Customer Relations team to be our primary contact for service work. This role will serve as the liaison between our customers and our service technicians and subject matter experts.
Our ideal candidate is someone who loves taking care of customers and communicating with people. Someone who knows the importance of planning, organization, and prioritization. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to follow up with customers and to speak to people over the phone. If you enjoy working with people and are motivated by bringing tasks to a successful conclusion, this is the position for you!

This is a full-time, in-office position with the occasional opportunity for overtime. Starting salary is determined by experience, education, and potential. About Our Service Coordinator
We are looking for someone to join our Customer Relations team to be our primary contact for service work. This role will serve as the liaison between our customers and our service technicians and subject matter experts.

Responsibilities
- Respond to service-related inquiries (return materials, service requests, commissioning orders, etc.), including determining the activities necessary to resolve any issues and completing necessary paperwork affiliated with such orders
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers on service needs; connect customers with subject matter experts accordingly
- Complete RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) forms, enter Service orders into our ERP system; follow up with customers on outstanding RMA forms and estimates
- Coordinate outside service trips and scheduling based on technician availability; coordinate prioritization of in house service orders
- Assist with following up on any outstanding logistical needs for completed orders to ship out

- Customer Advocacy: You possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to identify and empathize with customers' needs and treat them with respect
Qualifications
- Comfortable in an office environment working with a computer for most of the day; proficient with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn our ERP system for data entry
- Must have strong organization skills and customer service skills
- Ability to clearly communicate with internal and external personnel
- Experience is preferred but not required
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; mechanical aptitude is a plus but not required
