RNS Private Duty Care – Kansas City
Part-time/Full-time - $21/hour (based on experience/availability for Friday,Saturday,Sunday).
RNS is a locally owned and managed company. We service high-end clients in the Kansas City area and are looking for caring, dependable and team-oriented individuals interested in earning the highest rate in the industry.
Flexible scheduling. All weekend shifts available.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Provides care agreed upon by client or client’s family and RNS case manager
Assistance with activities of daily living - monitoring Alzheimer’s & dementia clients; vital signs; patient transfers, fall risks, bathing, home tasks, documentation, med management, pain management, transportation and errands as needed for client.
Complies with RNS’ policies and procedures including standards of conduct and work ethics, HIPAA policy, dress code and weekend and holiday availability policies
CPR certified or completion within 90 days of hire
TB test (current) or within 90 days of hire
Responsible for working all assigned shifts and for finding replacement for shift when needed
Caregiver of the month awards; Holiday pay; Continuity of care with our clients.
