Traditions of America, a national leader in the development of 55+ lifestyle communities, seeks a seasoned Vice President of Operations.
Principal Duties
In this fast-paced, executive role, the Regional Vice President of Operations will have primary responsibility for recruiting, trade partner relations, acquisition development, construction, welcome center and model park production, amenity development and management of all third-party relationships including governmental bodies, engineers, and consultants. The Regional Vice President will supervise all Community Managers and New Home Counselors, including organizing training and development programs. You will work alongside other Traditions of America executives and report directly to the Partners.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry
- Demonstrated ability to work with departments to achieve optimal results
- Proven record of team building, problem resolution, and successful growth strategies
- Proven ability to meet both budget and schedule
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally across all levels, both internally and externally
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10-15 + years of experience minimum in the homebuilding industry at the managerial level with a proven executive track record overseeing large-scale projects
- Must have vehicle and valid driver’s license
