Regional Case Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to oversee operations within our healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical settings, particularly in ICU, OR, and mental health counseling. This role requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple teams while ensuring high-quality patient care across various departments.

Duties

• Lead and manage regional operations to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Oversee inpatient services, including diagnostic evaluations and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to enhance patient care strategies, focusing on utilization management and mental health counseling.
• Develop and implement policies that improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes in Level I Trauma Centers and PICUs.
• Conduct regular assessments of facility performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Provide training and support to staff on best practices in physiology knowledge and patient care protocols.
• Foster a collaborative environment among departments to ensure seamless patient transitions and continuity of care.
• Background preferred in Social Work
• Length of stay

• Assist with Managed Care and Authorization

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial role within a healthcare setting, preferably as a Regional Manager or similar position.
• Strong clinical background with knowledge of ICU, OR procedures, mental health counseling, inpatient care, diagnostic evaluation, PICU operations, and discharge planning.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing operational performance and implementing improvements.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with staff, patients, and external stakeholders.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care while adhering to regulatory requirements.
